Who we are and what we provide
PC Business Tech Solutions LLC operates under the public brand PC Business Tech — Your Business Office. We provide ongoing virtual business-office support: administrative assistance, paperwork, deadline tracking, follow-up, and coordination. Monthly plans are Business Essentials ($99/month), Business Support ($199/month), and Managed Business Office (starting at $349/month), plus a $99 one-time onboarding fee. Services are delivered remotely, with prescheduled North Carolina meetings where appropriate. We do not operate a walk-in office or offer in-person services in Florida.
Professional-service limits
PC Business Tech performs administration and coordination only. Legal advice, tax preparation, bookkeeping, accounting, and other regulated work must be performed by qualified professionals. Their fees are separate from PC Business Tech plans.
Plan scope, limits, and additional work
Each plan’s workload, included requests, reports, and responsibilities are defined in a written scope before work begins. Plans do not include unlimited support. Requests beyond the agreed scope, and substantial projects such as website setup or digital organization, are reviewed and quoted separately before any work begins or any price changes.
Owner review required: Cancellation, refunds, billing and payment terms, ownership of work product, confidentiality, third-party costs, limitation of liability, governing law, and the effective date are not finalized yet. The owner will complete these sections, ideally with qualified legal review, before this page is published.
